Being part of the Onus community allows you to become an advocate for your own health and a source of knowledge and inspiration to others through storytelling. You can ask for help for your own concerns, whether physical, emotional, mental or spiritual, or you can share stories about conditions either you, or someone close to you has experienced.

You can provide journal updates to your community from your profile page via video, images and text. Every post will add a leaf to the Tree of Life.

Include hashtags (e.g. #cancer, #weightloss) to help people find your information and filter the post into groups.

You will also be supported by a community of health experts.
